Interim, Full and Major Van Services
Interim Service
For high-mileage and working vans between main services. It includes an oil and filter change, fluid top-ups, and checks on brakes, tyres, lights and safety items.
Full Service
Your annual service, carried out to Volkswagen’s schedule. It covers everything in the interim service, plus air and pollen filters, a full under-vehicle inspection and a diagnostic scan. Your service history is updated.
Major Service
A full service plus the longer-interval items your van is due. Depending on age and mileage, that can include the fuel filter, brake fluid, gearbox oil and spark plugs. If your van’s timing belt is due, we’ll tell you upfront.
Warranty-Safe Servicing with Genuine VW Parts
You don’t need to go back to a main dealer to protect your warranty. UK law lets you use an independent specialist, as long as the work follows the manufacturer’s schedule and uses quality parts. We do both, using genuine Volkswagen parts and updating your service record every time.
Dealer-Level Diagnostics with ODIS
We use ODIS, the same diagnostic system used by Volkswagen main dealers. It lets us find a fault at its source rather than replacing parts until the warning light goes out. Our technicians are the same team that works at our sister garage, Supreme Automotive.

Which service does my van need?
That depends on its age, mileage and when it was last serviced. Send us your registration and mileage and we’ll tell you what’s due.
Do you service campers converted by other companies?
Yes. We service any VW-based camper, whoever converted it, and we can look at the conversion side while it’s with us.
How long does a van service take?
Most services are done within the day. We’ll give you a time when you book.
